Listen, Act, Transform
Therapy is often seen as boring, monotonous, and ineffective. Tony recognizes that mental healthcare models often fall short in delivering individualized, client-centered care. Many clients struggle with standardized therapeutic models and impersonal interactions that fail to address their unique needs. Tony is committed to solving these pressing issues by reimagining the client’s experience from the ground up by using an individualized, multi-modal approach. Rather than simply assigning diagnostic labels, he strives to educate patients about the underlying factors of their conditions and circumstances, empowering them through knowledge. His approach is based on the clinical trauma treatment model that fosters building trust, encouraging personal growth, and promoting positive mental health outcomes to help individuals live more balanced lives.
Tony specializes in working with adolescents aged 13 to older adults.
